Bidder agrees to conform to Rose Hill's "Conditions of Sale," applicable to all bidder's. Bidder understands that a buyer's premium of 17% (percent) will be added to the amount of all successful bids, and that the New Jersey Sales Tax of seven percent (7%) will also be charged, unless bidder has provided Rose Hill with a valid resale tax certificate.
